      - Great work experience during university and really engaging and fun. - Learn a lot of experience on event management.

      - Horrible hours (get called in at random times when they need someone) - At times a lot of manual labor - Very low pay

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
