Pros

It's a good part time job for a student. Access to concerts is nice also.

Cons

But the hours of working are not steady. You could lose lectures from times to times.

Good people, good benefits, good company brand

Cons

No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
