Fun, great people, a lot of great experiences, it's a brand that is really easy to get hyped about and be excited to work for

Low wages, disorganized management with minimal talk with HQ in regards to the happiness of what they consider lower level employees

Good people, good benefits, good company brand

Cons

No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
