      Pros

      Competetive basic salary, good yearly bonus, great management, very flexible working hours. Company provides in house training and budget to sit for 6 attempts of SAP certifications.

      Cons

      The medical benefit might not be competetive enoguh with other IT company.

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
