      Pros

      Management really seem to care about the employees. Constantly innovating new solutions for customers. Pay is typically above competitors.

      Cons

      Was bought by a parent company a couple of years ago. Things have significantly changed in regard to open communication and compensation. Number of days for personal, holiday, and vacation are below average.

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
