      The location, free fruits and friendly staff

      Cons

      Everything the managers are horrible only nice to you when the need you, gossip behind your back. Language bonus not paid on time lots of overtime they put workers under pressure while they are sat in the corner gossiping or eating

      Great work life balance, good compensation, amazing 401k benefits, amazing corporate policies and processes, amazing opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Too much processes sometime take over the actual engineering work.
