Always opportunities to work nights, weekends, and holidays because you don't really want to be anywhere else. Who wants to spend a little time with their family when you could be at work 24/7?
Cons
Others will be promoted while your efforts will not be recognized. You are always going to be cleaning up someone else's mistakes. The company will brag about making record profits while being very stingy when it's time to hand out a pay raise.
