Pros
Bosch is a very innovative company. Good products and always working on new technology. A lot of great people to work with.
Cons
Structure in engineering doesn't create room for growth. Top out a Sr. Engineer and quickly with no chance for advancement. Management is a bit arrogant . Act like it's a privilege to work at Bosch. Pay is generally lower than the rest of the industry.
