The pay and some of the people who stick it out with you through all the unbelievable crap from weak pathetic harassing management

Week uneducated , untalented middle management promoted on the buddy system. If your not in the clique you will not progress , you'll be held back . Unprofessional , morally unethical . You have to learn how to devour or be devoured . You'll have no life , job is 24/7
