RBEI - clogged with senior team members with fake experience looking to pull down others - Specialist Robert Bosch Employee Review

No good cab services especially at marathahalli office. In my team architect was keen on self-praising. He used to treat others in team as inferior and often used to behave really bad. He claims that he has a great work experience and all but seeing the badly written code, I doubt if he really has that much experience. He used to complain about almost everyone in the team to the manager and is very good at back-stabbing. I chose to put paper within 2 months of joining the company because situation was getting more vulguar. Manager and HR would be helpless as they may not get a different person at the low payscale which Bosch usually offer.
