Pros
If you're looking only for a pompous title, this is the place for you. The "worked at Bosch" looks really good on the resume.
Cons
Please note these apply only in production plants: No employee respect from the direct management, only lies. The pay is very low and if possible to also do management tasks, they expect you to do them. They tend to give leadership positions to people who don't have people skills at all and who start to threaten everybody, if they sense their authority is not respected.
