Pros
The pay is good, top out at $19.30ish in little over a yr.
Cons
They will work you 7 days a week. When I first started I went 42 weeks without a day off. It stopped for a few mos and back at it again. You have no family life if you have kids. I missed little over 3 yes of my kid's life due to working there. I'd never go back if they even offered me $30hr. I was looking to leave there at the end of the yr and take a lower paying job just to see my kids. They look for ways to get rid of you if you get hurt and that's what happened to me. I'm still fighting works comp , I need surgery on my shoulder and can't get a job due that every employers use St. E. To have a physical done and it's in the system that I have a injury. Bottom line is it's not a good place to work they don't care about you. And they have full-time employees there now that are looking for a different job or if they weren't making what they were making they would leave. I have to add this even the nurse on site said I could not work because they cannot meet my restrictions, but they went against her word and still kept me working long enough just to fire me.
