Pros
Great environment for multi-disciplinary team corroboration, additionally Bosch gives you the means to try new job roles easily to broaden your background. The benefits are great in that they have tuition reimbursement packages, 5% employer matched 401K + bonus 4% annually, time off. Also, they work well with your schedule if you are going to school, have other commitments, etc.
Cons
I have had former bosses that were very under-qualified for the positions they were in. Additionally, I think that they have too many "medium-level" managers that either won't make a decision, or will hang you out to dry if they're decision caused a problem.
