Good work life balance, No much work pressure, Compensation is OK,
Cons
The company has very good process, but the senior managers/ team leads who neglects the same, More politics in the team & it depends on the team in the organizations. Only performance review is done but Employee development is missing in the organization. Less learning opportunity, it'll take much time even to learn simple things.
