Good job safety Onsite to germany options after long term stay in company not immediate. Good employee Retentions policies
Cons
No work life balance , more work pressures Work mainly in maintenance projects and mostly legacy applications. Since it is a Big organisation so rewards and recoginations wont came easy. Three months notice period , no buy outs , no early revelings , when you resign they make sure you get more work in last 3 months notice period (will trouble you to the core). No Onsite if land up in Microsoft technologies project specially maintainence projects. Onsite is there for SAP or Embedded systems except Microsoft tech.
