Highly focused on technical expertise. Fair company, focusing on diversity, work life balance and employee well beeing. There are career models, and supporting competency imrovements.
Cons
Decision making too slow. Not realy focused. Different units working in silos. Internal rivalry is not written over by higher management. Management members in many cases good engineers, instead of real leaders.
