- You can learn and grow as a employee - Good environment for working - Relocation Package if you want to move to Blaj - Low level of stress - The colleagues are very helpful - Free GYM subscription/ pass
Cons
- Not carrying of their employee - If you want to leave the company they are not trying to keep you in company. - Salary increase is forgotten - The Company location is not the best, near boring and old city, but really beautiful one.
