      I joined RBEI (Bangalore) on 4th of August, 2014. My association with RBEI was of 4 years and 4 months. Pros:- 1. Very Supportive and Healthy work Environment. 2. Good exposure to work on new technologies, given ample challenging tasks. Exposure to work with German counterparts, Off Shore as well as Onshore. 3. Good Management support and work life balance. 4. Perks and Benefits.

      Cons

      Pay Scale needs to be improved.
