      Pros

      Modern working environment. Nice food. People will help you, but you have to insist a little.

      Cons

      Minimal Salaries for Engineers. It's very hard to get a position (6 months avarege until you become a technician, with engineering degree, and after that 6 more months until become an engineer :D )
