Very slow process - Software Engineer Robert Bosch Employee Review

Low salary. Talents are not exploited correctly as managers are not very detail oriented. Works are separated into very small pieces, which means more staffs are needed and not very efficient. Training is not very fast, too much self learning while direct mentoring would reduce the training time significantly. Software is proprietary which means no work can be done at home nor learn from home.
