-Low level leaders are not necessary born for that job; -When they're on a ramp-up period the recruitment process is rushed at HR level, so that the newcomers are impossible to work with, from not being able to speak fluent romanian (which by the way, is in most cases their native language) nor english, to leaving a mess in the bathrooms and kitchen; -Sometimes upper management's ambitions are too high, up to an unrealistic point, where the low end empyees have to suffer; -Good capable engineers were lost due to pride and ridiculous amibitons of the team and group leaders.
