1) Good work-life balance (flexible timing, more leaves, less work pressure, etc) 2) Well defined process and transparency (on time appraisal, salary revision/salary, clear roles and responsibility) 3) Good opportunities for system know-how development 4) Good facilities (canteen, transportation, insurance, etc)
Cons
1) Less salary when compared to other SW companies 2) Huge variation in the salary for employees at same level
