Pros

The people that I worked with made my time worthwhile.

Cons

Management is apathetic and very hands off, they do not care in the slightest about whether or not you stay or go, in fact they seem to encourage that you leave at times if you express disdain for the job. Little to no reason to work hard, since there is a slim chance that you will be hired on full time at this company. Between 70-80 percent of the company are temps that are brought on through MAU, there is usually a very high turnover rate in each department. When I was hired on, I has told that I had to work "some overtime", this is a joke as they will often have you pulling 50+ hour weeks and you will usually need to work on at least 1 Saturday per month. Pay is abysmal, not worth being hired on. Constantly understaffed, inconsistent workloads, and temp employees who often leave within days to weeks of being hired on to Bosch.
