Pros
Bosch has showed its associates that job stability is possible in time of crisis. The company is trying to become more agile and change its hierarchical culture. Some work time flexibility (depending on business areas).
Cons
Still very hierarchical and bourocratic decision process. Several hierarchical levels slow down the pace of development teams. Not the best carrier opportunities.
