Whenever it performs a reorg - reorgs have been frequent lately and this will continue to be so while the world faces material resources crisis - it becomes a scary place for the new hires. If you are lucky enough to work with a good target manager and good local manager, and you have the optimistic scenario where your managers don't move to another org, you'll be one of the most happy designers around, with good projects and team mates, but unfortunately not every designer gets this good luck in every reorg. In fact, if you aren't lucky, be ready to see the rigid org structure of Bosch becoming a real problem and look for a better place elsewhere.
