      It is self owned so doesn't react poorly when stock markets crash. 90% of Bosch is owned by the Charity of the founder so they promote work life balance and care about employees

      Cons

      Individual BU's still play politics and go against corporate guidelines

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
