They have been the key player for enterprise software market for more than a quarter of a century. Looking from inside, the system and eco-cycle with the stake holders including partners and customers are their strong point.
Cons
The market is rapidly changing their rules like the evolving of cloud solution. Yes, the company has started to acquire company to get the cloud DNA, but the selling strategy and license model is too complex and difficult for the new comers to join, and the new culture of DNA seems to be quite difficult for some of the sales managers.
