      - Immediate responsibility and accountability - Rigorous training program prepares you for job - Exposure to field operations greatly useful in tech center - Great pay - Working with very talented people - Dynamic work environment

      Cons

      - No work-life balance if you want to do well - Conflicting objectives rarely achieved with a win-win solution - Highly competitive - Overlapping responsibilities (no such thing as "this is not my job"...everything is your job) - Its not a problem unless management says so
