      Pros

      - You get to work with some of the best technical experts in the industry - Excellent career progression opportunities...if you are willing to put the hours in!

      Cons

      - They work you to the bone. Weekends, nights, 3am on a sunday, etc...was difficult to have a life outside of work. - Your training and experience can be a little too specialised. After 5 years, I knew a lot about one particular aspect of one particular subject only. I lost sight of the 'bigger picture'
