      Good wages, great co workers. The best training in the oilfield. Line management care about your needs if your a hard worker.

      Cons

      The oilfield. Fluctuations for demand dictate your need to work. Work/life balance completely not even close. Is an inherently dangerous job.

      the promotion system or bonus system does not encourage hard work or innovation. hard work is not rewarded.
