Better package then most Medium size companies, flexible time for field operations, and Multinational environment .
Cons
Not enough career growth opertunities if you have not worked in the field. Nepotism . Poor top management. Recognition of good employees is lacking. Spent a long time in the company without getting recognised. The more flashier people got attention from management and got promoted. Many people without proper formal education or advanced degree are in key positions.
