If you don't have any experience in oilfield probably SLB is the best,they rely own training centers

Cons

Life and work balance, and the pay for Maintenance staff in some locations is too low and uncomparable with field staff

Excellent technical and operational training, especially for engineers and field personnel.

Cons

During drilling, completion, or intervention jobs, shifts can extend well beyond scheduled hours.
