      Pros

      Good company to start with. Technology, culture, people.

      Cons

      No work - life balance. To be successful in the company you have to forget about your friends and family and be 24/7 on-call, ready to go offshore in one hour after receiving a call. A lot of paperwork, procedures, manuals, etc.
