      Pros

      Many, many great people remain at Swift, despite current staff cuts. Good perception at medium level / operations staff by most Swift clients.

      Cons

      Reorgs and big staff cuts are killing morale and creating fear. Parts of the company are almost paralyzed.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
