Pros
Excellent support for all levels of employees. Great people to work with. Best software to use. You also get to grow in your field or challange yourself in a different field and Sage makes it possible. My life at sage as been one great adventure and its not over yet
Cons
Only one I can think of is the work hours. Being customer focused sometimes you forget that you need to balance work and life
