Pros
Brilliant experience if you are coming striaght from school, sixth form or are deciding a career change. The apprentices at Sage have a wide age range and come from many different backgrounds - which is great for diversity! Great support network and great opportunities to get involved in. I've been given brilliant experiences that will aid me in getting the career path i want.
Cons
as there are a lot of sales apprentices, it can often feel like apprentice sessions/incentives are aimed mainly at them.
