Pros
Saipem is a company where International standards are practiced. All individual are given equal chance to prove themselves. Saipem offers importance to it"s employees welfare in terms of remuneration, living conditions, leave cycles and enhance career advancement training.
Cons
I do not feel any reason that are negative in my days at Saipem. If any inconvenience or difference of opinion arises the management involves and takes necessary steps to keep the integrity among employees as well as with customers.
