Pros
Unique niche, great 401k, anchored market share. Ability to transition to prime long term. Company has good bones and is structured for continued growth.
Cons
Carousel of leaders, instability, reactionary decision making at the executive level. Profitability is crucial, but leadership lost the people. Lack of engagement. Recently, they’ve lost their culture and what made Santander a great place to work. Truly unfortunate as they’re falling behind compared to other competitors that play in their space.
