Poor pay, management does not help at all, if you have a problem the will not help at first instance, many mistakes in the payslip and in the annual leave. Culture of Nepotism. I have read another review where being Spanish speaker would be an advantage. I am Spanish speaker and by far I am treated the worst in my branch.
