Pros
- Good dealflow - One of the biggest banks in Latam - Generally, top-notch people - good exposure to clients
Cons
- a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy. they are always changing the corporate/division structure - no clear strategy - you work investment banking hours (in IB area) but they don't compensate accordingly. - a lot of turnover - senior managers not interested in employee opinions
