Having your own office and working in a bank is deemed as a 'prestigious' job, I always exceed targets which is enjoyable.
Cons
Bad progression, empty promises, long hours, awful pay, constantly underminded, no flexibility, 'liked' employees are valued over skilled, driven and target exceeding employees
