The best reason to work at year would definitely be the people - the ability to work in a pleasant atmosphere sets the company apart from any other
Cons
No Real cons - you get out what you put in to your day to day job... Everything else should come naturally... one thing that should change is to have a more cemented culture rather than one that tries to change frequently
