Pros
Still currently remote 2 days per week, although the owner has made it clear he wants that to end in the near future. Good collaboration within teams.
Cons
There is no longer the benefit of remote working however, they have not adjusted their pay scale to reflect an in-office position. There are several other companies in Greenville that pay higher wages for in-office work.
