Pros
The profit sharing plan and the company events were fun.
Cons
The finance department is not like the rest of the company. There are no kudos for doing a good job and communication does not happen. Employee morale has dropped very fast in the last 1 1/2 to 2 years. It was very obvious who upper management likes and dislikes.
