Pros
Great benefits including on-site nurse practitioner and gym, generally laid-back atmosphere, solid work-life balance and respectable salary.
Cons
Problems were more deparmental than company wide. Advancement opportunities are heavily promoted in interview process but are not really as available as it seems. Work is highly collections focused which was not clearly communicated or emphasized before hire.
