      Work Life balance is fine. There isn't too much travel or overtime required.

      Lots of cons, not acknowledging work, little scope to grow, very limited responsibility, cheap.

      Cons

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
