      Pros

      There are a lot of business opportunities. Decent salary. I wish I could say more but there's nothing more to say.

      Cons

      No extra benefits besides salary. Constant mistakes in salary payments. Few resources to accomplish things. It is very hard to get vacation permissions.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Cons

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
