Pros

ScanSource is an amazing place to work. Then provide so much for their employees. My first job out of college and they have set the bar high.

I can not think of any cons at this time. I have not been here long enough.

The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

Cons

Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
