      Pros

      I like seabreeze because it's like a family. There is great people who train others to be great employees. I enjoyed the Iran bucks every quarter as well.

      Cons

      I would say the only con seabreeze has is not enough clients in the high desert of california

      Great work culture, amazing and small team to work with

      Small team also meant fairly regular understaffing; one team member short would equate to lots of extra workload
