Great Team and coworkers, a little bit administrative overhead like, timesheets, status report, but on the other way very productively. In the general the work environment is good, with dedicated workers.
Cons
Without a well defined career plan, which makes workers are in the same position for too long. This destroys the pleasure of being within the company.
